Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of integrated security projects by managing administrative, scheduling, and operational tasks. This role works closely with Project Managers, field teams, and vendors to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with budget requirements. This is an operations-focused position requiring coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project implementation, scheduling, and documentation management.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries.
• Update and track project tasks and milestones, including Gantt chart reviews.
• Perform purchase order management.
• Maintain accurate records by uploading all documentation to internal systems.
• Communicate updates to internal colleagues.
• Assist with commissioning and closeout documentation and compliance requirements.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships, attending project meetings and ensuring quality of installation.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of two years of experience in project coordination is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction project coordination.
• Experience with integrated security or low-voltage systems.
