Job Title: Marketing Associate / Marketing Specialist

Position Summary


We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Associate / Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position that offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of marketing, including graphic design, social media management, digital advertising, content creation, and influencer partnerships.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to make a direct impact on the growth of a company. As the organization continues to expand, this individual will play a key role in helping establish and develop the company's internal marketing department.


The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership in a fast-paced environment and should be comfortable receiving direct feedback while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation

• $30.00 per hour
• Approximately $60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience

Essential Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, advertisements, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other branded content.
• Create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages as appropriate.
• Coordinate influencer outreach and build relationships with brand ambassadors.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate photography and video production projects from concept through completion.
• Work with outside vendors, photographers, videographers, printers, and advertising partners.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist with website updates and marketing collateral as needed.
• Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting on marketing initiatives.
• Support company events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend creative strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Help build processes and systems that will support the future growth of the marketing department.
• Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience creating digital and print marketing materials.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and marketing analytics.
