At Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Business in Meadow Lands, PA (Commercial Products Group), we assemble and manufacture products that power commercial spaces. On third shift, you’ll be part of a close-knit crew keeping quality and throughput on target—while learning and growing with on-the-job training.

Your impact

• Run essential equipment—welders, presses, benders, and switchboxes—by following precise work instructions
• Track machine performance and record production metrics
• Verify product quality against documented standards
• Communicate results through production reports to inform leadership
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform overhead tasks on one or more manufacturing lines
• Support additional tasks as assigned to meet customer demand

Role details

• Hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (third shift)
• Pay: $19.74/hour plus $1.00/hr shift differential
• After 6 months: base rate increases to $20.78/hour
• Career entry point with structured OJT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Available for overtime, including weekends
• Local requirement: no relocation; must reside within 50 miles of Meadowlands, PA (Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from this geographic requirement)
