Regional PDR Service Contracts Growth Manager

Nobilis Group, Inc.

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Account Manager to represent and grow our Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) service contract business across large automotive dealer groups. This role is responsible for driving product penetration in Finance & Insurance (F&I) departments, strengthening dealership relationships, and ensuring a best-in-class customer and partner experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled trainer, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with market presidents, general managers, and F&I managers across assigned accounts Drive sales performance by increasing PDR service contract penetration within dealership F&I departments Conduct in-store training and ongoing coaching for F&I managers to improve product presentation and closing ratios Analyze dealership performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize revenue and product adoption Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated “heat cases,” ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction Partner with internal teams (claims, operations, and leadership) to deliver seamless service and support Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and expansion within large dealer groups Maintain a consistent travel schedule to support dealer visits, training sessions, and relationship management Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and account activity Qualifications Experience in car sales, or dealership account management Experience in F&I is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently Skilled in handling escalated customer situations with professionalism and urgency Willingness and ability to travel plus overnight Preferred Qualifications F&I experience with a track record of driving product penetration Automotive sales experience—you understand the showroom and the desk Account management experience managing dealer relationships and growing revenue within existing accounts What Success Looks Like Increased PDR product penetration across assigned accounts Strong, trusted relationships with dealership leadership and F&I teams Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of regional sales targets Efficient resolution of escalated cases with high partner satisfaction Measurable improvement in F&I performance through training and support Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus/commission Health, dental, and vision benefits Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Nobilis Group, Inc.
