Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples, individuals, and families, focusing on their unique challenges and goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that reflect the needs and objectives of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with best practices and emerging trends in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse clientele, including couples, families, and individuals. You will address a variety of challenges such as adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and mother/daughter conflicts. Guided Growth Therapies focuses on providing compassionate care to adults as well as children and adolescents, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health that meets the needs of the entire family structure.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
