Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide therapy for individuals and couples, taking the time to assess each family member’s unique needs and dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and social history to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Leading therapy sessions that address issues such as family conflict, grief, substance abuse, and relationship struggles.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to families, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes diligently in our electronic health record systems.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management, sharing best practices, and collaborating on client approaches.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families to foster understanding and engagement in the therapy process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele that includes adults, children, and adolescents coping with various psychological challenges. The clinic focuses on addressing issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the LMFT position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
