Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning, including developing both pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans as well as medication treatment protocols.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and deadlines to ensure compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic approaches as determined by our interdisciplinary clinical team.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization’s overall compliance and quality service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, advocating for clients’ needs.

• Foster open and effective communication to meet contract standards while promoting the mission of Prime Health Counseling within the community.

• Network with local, state, and private entities to enhance program visibility, establish partnerships, and explore new funding avenues.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and task force participation relevant to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Prime Health Counseling, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and individuals living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
