Outside Sales Representative

Role Description Prospect and develop new B2B accounts throughout Georgia & Florida markets Build relationships with builders, contractors, designers, developers, and remodelers Visit prospective customers, offices, showrooms, and jobsites Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry relationships Meet with customers to understand project needs and recommend appropriate stone and countertop solutions Coordinate with our estimating, fabrication, and installation teams to move projects from opportunity to completion Follow up on estimates and proposals to convert opportunities into closed business Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective customers Develop repeat business and long-term customer accounts Represent Vindel's Solutions professionally throughout the Atlanta construction and design community Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations skills, including the ability to explain technical details and value propositions clearly. Candidates should possess Relationship Building and New Business Development skills to grow and maintain a robust client base. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to respond effectively to client needs and coordinate with internal teams. Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, cabinetry, millwork, or related industries, is highly beneficial. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, with strong negotiation and closing skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for client visits and site meetings. Comfort with basic technology tools such as CRM systems, email, and presentation software. High school diploma required; additional education in business, sales, or a related field is a plus. Compensation Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Compensation will be structured to reward new business development, profitable sales, and growth of long-term customer accounts.
