Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' needs and strengths related to their mental health and recovery processes.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring each plan to the specific requirements and circumstances of the families served.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting strategies as needed, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
\n
• Provide essential support and coaching to families, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate child development and enhance family dynamics.
\n
• Lead training sessions for parents and caregivers on promoting healthy emotional and social development in children.
\n
• Establish strong rapport with clients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and nurturing learning environment.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state health regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with children and families facing various challenges, particularly those dealing with substance use disorders and associated mental health conditions. Our early intervention services are critical for fostering developmental skills in young children, focusing on physical, cognitive, and emotional aspects of growth. Your role will involve not only treating the children but also equipping families with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Colorado, along with clearance from the Department of Public Health.

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience working with children and families, particularly in early intervention settings.
