Human Resources DirectorThe HR Director provides strategic and operational leadership to align human resources initiatives with the mission and goals of Family Health Center. This role is responsible for fostering a community reflective, compliant, and performance-driven culture that supports high-quality patient care and equitable outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement HR strategies that support clinical operations, community health initiatives, and compliance requirements.Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, HRSA requirements, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.Oversee credentialing and privileging processes for clinical providers.Lead recruitment and retention efforts for medical, administrative, and executive talent.Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including management of grant-funded salary structures.Direct employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution practices in alignment with labor law and organizational values.Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning. Support training and development initiatives across all levels of the organization.Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and corrective action protocols.Collaborate with finance and compliance teams on HR-related audits, reports, and grant management.Qualifications include:A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited college or university is required.
