Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown isn't just another hotel—it's one of downtown Wichita's premier destinations. Located in the heart of the city, we're known for delivering warm hospitality, memorable guest experiences, and building a team that enjoys coming to work every day.

Now we're looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who is ready to lead from the front.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but you'll be the driving force behind our Front Office operation by:

· Leading, coaching, and developing an amazing Front Desk team.

· Creating memorable guest experiences—even when challenges arise.

· Managing scheduling, payroll, labor, and department performance.

· Driving Hilton Honors enrollments and guest satisfaction scores.

· Monitoring arrivals, departures, room inventory, and daily operations.

· Handling guest concerns with professionalism, confidence, and empathy.

· Working closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Starbucks, and Sales to ensure seamless hotel operations.

· Celebrating wins, recognizing your team, and creating a positive culture.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

· Has 2+ years of Front Office leadership and Hilton experience .

· Understands that hospitality is about people first.

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· Leads with positivity, accountability, and integrity.

· Can make sound decisions while keeping both guests and associates happy.

· Loves coaching others and watching them grow.

Hilton experience is a plus—but great leadership and a passion for hospitality matter even more.
