Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position offers a diverse array of clients struggling with various mental health challenges and substance use disorders. You will work with individuals from different backgrounds and age groups, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs. Your expertise will guide clients through critical life transitions, crises, and long-term mental health management.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• You must maintain a professional work-from-home environment that ensures patient privacy.

• Capability to meet all relevant background and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient understanding of mental health conditions and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of independent licensed experience working with a variety of mental health issues.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices, such as DBT and ACT, through prior roles.

Our comprehensive compensation package offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , dependent on your experience and caseload.
