Work Environment\n

This position will be primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to collaborate with our team while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and coordinate further assessments when necessary to ensure appropriate care delivery.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that each client receives tailored treatment focused on their specific needs and preferences.

• Participate actively as a member of a collaborative care team, working towards shared goals while respecting diverse perspectives and practices.

• Monitor client progress, conducting regular evaluations to assess treatment efficacy, and making adjustments according to established metrics and client feedback.

• Engage in crisis intervention as required, using risk assessment techniques to prevent crises and ensure client safety.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to facilitate an integrated approach to care.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the agency through participation in committees and feedback mechanisms.

• Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner, adhering to both organizational and regulatory policies.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as needed to ensure comprehensive care availability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is a requirement.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
