In this capacity, the Associate Dean serves as the primary lead for institutional and programmatic reporting. The role is accountable for ensuring all programs are in continual readiness for accreditation by CCNE and ACME, and for translating standards into operational practices that yield measurable improvements in teaching, learning, and organizational performance. The Associate Dean for Organizational Outcomes and Innovative Initiatives will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of forward‑thinking initiatives that address critical health needs of society while enhancing the School of Nursing’s visibility and prominence nationally and globally. This position will serve as a catalyst for interdisciplinary collaboration, fostering partnerships with internal and external experts, healthcare organizations, policymakers, community leaders, and academic partners. Lead the tracking of all organizational initiatives throughout the school for thorough analysis annually and on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Guide the development of data dashboards and analytics tools to monitor program effectiveness and support evidence‑based decision‑making. Present findings and recommendations to the Dean and senior leadership to inform policy and strategic decisions. Lead the Evaluation and Outcomes Committee and disseminate relevant information to its members. Accreditation & Compliance Serve as the School’s primary liaison with accreditation bodies (e.g., CCNE, ACME) and ensure continuous readiness for reviews and site visits. Lead the preparation of accreditation self‑studies, annual reports, and interim progress submissions. Monitor evolving accreditation standards and translate them into actionable policies and practices that drive ongoing quality improvement. Innovative Initiatives Design and lead innovative initiatives addressing evolving health needs locally, nationally, and globally. Identify and leverage emerging trends, technologies, and models of care to position the School as a leader in nursing innovation. Collaborate with faculty and research teams to integrate innovation into education, practice, and scholarship. Establish and sustain strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, public health agencies, community organizations, and industry leaders. Convene and lead think tanks, roundtables, and advisory groups to generate novel solutions to health challenges. Serve as the School’s ambassador in external forums, promoting its expertise, accomplishments, and contributions to societal well‑being.
