We’re looking to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team! Reporting to our VP of Marketing & Business Development, you’ll lead the end-to-end Travel Advisor engagement strategy, from acquisition through long-term loyalty and retention. This strategic, hands-on role combines marketing technology, data, and lifecycle marketing to build and optimize always-on customer journeys. You'll own the MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Glassbox, GA4, Peec.ai, and related tools, while partnering cross-functionally with Customer Experience (CEX), Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing. Success in this role will be measured by increased Travel Advisor activation, stronger engagement across lifecycle stages, higher retention, improved data quality, and measurable performance gains from lifecycle campaigns and Passport to Perks communications. What we’ll offer: Retirement savings plan with company contributions Generous paid time off allowance and birthday day off Parental leave and family-supportive policies Charity or volunteering time off What you’ll do: MarTech Architecture Own the HubSpot instance end-to-end, including configuration, data architecture, segmentation strategy, workflow design, and integrations. Design and manage the Travel Advisor data layer, including segmentation logic, data quality standards, enrichment rules, and data flows into HubSpot. Manage website tracking and tag management (GTM, pixels, and event tagging). Establish data governance, UTM standards, and campaign tracking architecture. Own the MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Glassbox, Peec.ai, and related platforms. Develop cross-channel attribution and reporting across email, web, and other active marketing channels. Lifecycle Strategy In partnership with the Content team, own the lifecycle messaging strategy for Travel Advisors, from onboarding through repeat engagement and retention. Design, implement, and optimize automated, behavior-based email journeys that guide Travel Advisors through the customer lifecycle. Continuously refine segmentation strategies to improve engagement and retention. Partner closely with the Customer Experience and Outside Sales teams to translate Voice of the Customer insights into communication strategies and campaign recommendations. Passport to Perks Program Ownership Lead the strategic execution and ongoing optimization of the Passport to Perks rewards program. Analyze program performance, test messaging strategies that support tier progression, and measure the impact on Travel Advisor engagement and lifetime value. Build and manage the HubSpot automation and segmentation logic that powers Passport to Perks, including tier tracking, progression triggers, communications, and incentive performance by cohort. MyAccount & Behind-the-Login Experience Partner cross-functionally to ensure the MyAccount experience, including dashboards, tools, and resources, supports the broader lifecycle strategy and drives feature adoption. Own the communication and launch strategy for new features, tools, and resources within the online experience. Partner with Customer Experience to identify friction points throughout the Travel Advisor journey and translate insights into recommendations for feature prioritization, messaging, and onboarding experiences. Conduct a comprehensive annual audit of Travel Advisor data within HubSpot. Build and maintain dashboards and report that track conversion metrics, engagement, retention, Passport to Perks tier progression, partner ROI, and Travel Advisor lifetime value. Define, monitor, and report on key lifecycle KPIs, including onboarding to first booking, Passport to Perks tier progression, retention, churn, Travel Advisor lifetime value, and segment-level ROI. Present insights and recommendations regularly to cross-functional leadership. What you’ll bring: 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related role. Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, including configuration, workflow design, segmentation, and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience interpreting behavioral data and translating insights into actionable improvements. Experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4, Glassbox, or similar tools. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to maintain consistent brand standards. Experience designing, managing, or optimizing loyalty or rewards programs. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embraces continuous improvement. Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
