Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is actively seeking a passionate and skilled full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team in Long Beach, California. As a vital member of our orthopedic outpatient practice, you will play an essential role in empowering patients to regain their mobility, enhance their physical performance, and improve their overall quality of life. Work Environment

Located in the vibrant city of Long Beach, California, our facility is designed for comfort and efficiency. As a full-time Physical Therapist, your work schedule will consist of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will work directly with patients in an onsite rehabilitation setting, utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques. Our modern facility also serves a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of individuals covered by private medical insurance, allowing you to focus on delivering the highest level of care without the pressures often found in other environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the specific goals and requirements of each individual patient.
• Maintain a patient load of one client per hour to ensure focused, personalized therapy sessions.
• Develop customized treatment plans that encompass diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's unique conditions.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to administer cost-effective therapies that enhance patients' range of motion, flexibility, and mobility.
• Encourage patients to minimize medication reliance by promoting non-surgical alternatives that support their recovery.
• Design and implement individualized fitness and wellness programs in collaboration with patients, focusing on their long-term health objectives.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment journey, consistently tracking their progress and adapting as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare professionals, to facilitate comprehensive care for our patients.
• Accurately document patient interactions and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and maintain open lines of communication with patients and healthcare colleagues.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as a Physical Therapist in California, free of any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and implementing exercise programs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with sports medicine practices and methodologies.
• Ability to foster a collaborative environment and work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, in alignment with experience and qualifications.
