Position Summary Youthful Beginnings is seeking a Florida-licensed Medical Director (MD or DO) to provide clinical oversight for our new Melbourne location. This leadership role is ideal for a physician who values patient safety, clinical excellence, and collaborative practice. The Medical Director will work closely with our experienced team of aesthetic providers to ensure the highest standards of care while supporting the continued growth of our organization. While prior medical aesthetics experience is preferred, physicians with strong backgrounds in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide medical oversight and supervision for the Melbourne clinic in accordance with Florida regulations. Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and standards of care. Support, mentor, and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistant. Review patient care as needed and provide clinical guidance on complex cases. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality assurance and continuous clinical improvement initiatives. Serve as a trusted clinical leader while supporting the growth and success of the practice. Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license. Board Certified or Board Eligible. Dermatology or Plastic Surgery experience strongly preferred. Previous Medical Director or physician leadership experience is preferred. Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Passion for aesthetics and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Must reside within 60 miles of Melbourne, Florida , in accordance with Medical Director requirements.
