We’re looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Atlanta, GA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. About the Position of Assistant Manager As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. You will enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To deliver high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance on time, you will direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information on requested and necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations. Eligibility requirements include: (1) at least 18 years of age; (2) legal authorization to work in the United States; and (3) one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales; one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance; or a combination of education, training and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position.
