Role Description The Account Executive role at TESYS Networks is a full-time, hybrid position. The Account Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities by nurturing client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, crafting customized solutions to meet client needs, preparing proposals and contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to maintain long-term relationships and foster customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks. Understanding of IT, Network Solutions, and Managed Services to craft customized solutions for clients. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software for tracking sales performance and preparing reports. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a team-centric approach. Previous experience in sales or customer success roles is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Requirements Speed and autonomy to efficiently handle multipletasks. MS Excel and numerical ability for calculations. Analytical skills to understand and make strategic decisions. 5 years sales experience (recommended) Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo sales Experience preferred Focus to sales commission scheme. Proactive search for new business opportunities to expand sales growth. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. Resilience to face challenges and adapt to commercial changes. Flexibility to adjust to various business dynamics.
