Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to cardiopulmonary and postoperative patients.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips using Phillips monitors.
• Titrate medications, including cardiac drips such as Amiodarone and Dopamine.
• Coordinate with respiratory therapists for CPAP and BiPAP management.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules.
• Adhere to a royal blue scrub dress code.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in West Virginia or compact state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to titrate intravenous medication drips.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation.
• Previous acute care experience in a MedSurg/Tele unit.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
