The clients you will be serving are pre-screened and possess low acuity needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT; note that we cannot accept candidates requiring supervision for therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload, including scheduling and conducting therapy sessions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging clients meaningfully.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license are permissible.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time therapists not only enjoy competitive compensation but are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. Additionally, therapists will have free access to the platform’s client services as long as they remain active within the role, enabling them to prioritize their mental health needs as well.
