Content Specialist of Retail Proposal Service

Role Overview

• The Business Accommodation Team (BAT) is a part of the Specialized Relationships Group, designed to support and resolve the unique and complex needs of clients to win and retain assets while managing firm risk. The Sr. Specialist will report to the Director of BAT and will be responsible for supporting the Wealth Advisory Business Development Officers with Requests for Proposals (RFP) to compete for high-net-worth business. This role provides world-class service through a differentiated wealth management experience that drives scale and growth for the business. The RFP Service centralizes and streamlines the creation of proposals and sales presentations for HNW prospect/client asset consolidation opportunities.

• Collaborate with partners at all levels throughout the organization (including but not limited to the Branch Network, Marketing, Wealth Services, Wealth Advisory, and Wealth Strategies Group).
• Build a strong understanding of the firm's investor segments, services, products, and offerings, including key opportunities in the marketplace.
• Lead efforts to develop compelling written proposals and storylines by working closely with field representatives and cross-functional partners to win business from high and ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects.
• Leverage excellent verbal and written communications skills to distill complex information and develop recommendations.
• Work collaboratively under the Business Development Officer's direction to utilize content slides and attach portfolio analysis reports to support the proposal process.

• A client-centric focus that keeps clients at the forefront of decisions and connects plans and actions to the core purpose of serving investors and branch network personnel.
• Ability to effectively manage and format content slides, building clear, high-quality presentations that support business objectives and engage stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with superior organization and project management skills; ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet deadlines on an independent basis.
• Broad knowledge of financial products, services, and operations.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships and working successfully with cross-functional teams.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data, develop cohesive business cases and recommendations, influence partners, and deliver compelling storylines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in marketing communications, product/program management, sales operations, or client experience is preferred.
• Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred.

• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Outstanding \"soft\" skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of partners, and a proactive, can-do attitude with high adaptability.
