Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis - Auto Finance We are seeking a strategic problem solver and intellectually curious associate to join our Capital One Auto Finance Team. As a Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, modeling, and building strong relationships with technology business partners supporting our Refinance business. You will manage financial performance and equip Business and Technology leadership with financial insights, directly influencing strategy and driving business outcomes. Location and Work Model This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Responsibilities Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility Deliver accurate and meaningful financial management analyses to enable partners to deliver on their financial and business objectives Provide transparency on costs and drivers, and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to budget targets Address and deliver on ad-hoc requests and special projects Independently manage and prioritize workload Demonstrate a passion to learn and continuously develop traditional FP&A and technical skills Conduct analysis and drive outcomes, relevant insights, and action plans Develop presentations to senior audiences to communicate insights and influence business and financial outcomes Partner with Finance and business teams to assess the financial implications of ongoing and proposed new initiatives to optimize business performance Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 2 years’ experience in financial analysis At least 2 years’ experience with financial modeling Preferred Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis 3+ years’ experience with financial modeling 1+ years’ experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Compensation and Benefits Plano, TX: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Financial Analyst. Salary ranges vary by location. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
