Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to discern clients’ mental health needs, synthesizing information to develop tailored treatment plans that prioritize their-specific goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using empirically supported modalities, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal setting, regularly revisiting and adjusting therapeutic objectives based on client feedback and progress.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring clients receive necessary support without barriers to access.

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to uphold ethical standards and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 – 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
