Commercial Sales Executive Position: Outside Sales Location: Austin, TX Job Id: 401 Number of Openings: 1 Natura, the leading interiorscape company in Texas and Florida, seeks a dynamic Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in identifying and converting new business opportunities and transforming workspaces into biophilic havens by selling interior and exterior plants and holiday decor to commercial properties. Responsibilities Proactively generate leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry events, building a robust sales pipeline. Manage and track progress: Utilize our CRM to track interactions, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop tailored biophilic solutions. Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Natura's services. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Build strong relationships: Foster lasting connections with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and adapt, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Proven passion for design, nature, and creating inspiring environments. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Highly motivated and results‑driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using technology to manage sales pipelines and client relationships. Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and a ‘hunter’ mentality to identify and close new business opportunities. Previous B2B sales experience is required.
