Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate and lead educational and therapeutic group sessions, while carefully documenting patient goals and their responses to various therapeutic activities to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Participate in treatment-planning meetings, contributing valuable feedback regarding patient progress, areas of resistance, and necessary updates to treatment plans, fostering an integrative approach to healthcare.

• Utilize conflict resolution skills to manage and de-escalate resistance and tensions in interactions with clients, their families, and healthcare team members. This includes assessing nonproductive behaviors and implementing strategies to promote more effective coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate and updated patient records, utilizing approved documentation formats. This includes recording assessments, intervention strategies, family involvement, communication with outside agencies, and managing case closures in adherence to professional standards.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that identify client strengths, deficits, and specific psychosocial needs, aligning care strategies with best practices and tailored interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with patients undergoing detoxification, who face various mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their recovery paths, equipping them with the necessary tools and support systems to achieve long-term health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
