Who This Is For Genuinely enjoy helping people Are a strong communicator with a positive attitude Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Are organized and detail-oriented Take pride in doing things the right way Follow through and take ownership Who This Is NOT For Dislike talking to people or handling customer concerns Struggle with urgency or time management Get overwhelmed easily in fast-paced environments Avoid accountability or follow-through Prefer low expectations and minimal structure Performance Expectations Handle a high volume of calls (100+ per day) Maintain fast response times (speed to lead under 15 minutes) Ensure no missed leads or follow-ups Deliver consistent, high-quality customer interactions Requirements High school diploma or GED 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently Strong data entry and typing skills Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Drive) Ability to assess situations quickly and act accordingly Schedule Our call center operates between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, so flexibility is important. This role includes rotating Saturday shifts and occasional adjusted schedules to help support the team and customer demand. Location This is an in-person position operating out of Bishopville, Maryland We serve homeowners across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. Our Values Ownership - Take initiative.
