Service Associate

Summary The Service Associate provides front-line customer care in the store, assisting guests with purchases, returns, exchanges, and inquiries. This part-time role supports an efficient and welcoming service desk while coordinating with sales teams to resolve customer needs. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the service desk and on the sales floor. Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders using POS and store systems. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person; elevate issues as needed. Coordinate with sales associates and management to fulfill customer requests and arrange pickups. Maintain an organized, professional, and customer-focused service area. Requirements 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in department stores or luxury retail. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer applications.
