Cherry Picker OperatorWe are seeking experienced PIT Operators / Order Pickers to join our warehouse team in Wind Gap, PA. This position involves operating powered industrial equipment to accurately pick, move, and store inventory while adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate powered industrial trucks (Order Pickers) in a warehouse environment.Pick and store products safely at elevated heights.Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory accuracy.Lift up to 50-100 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Commit to safety by following warehouse operating procedures.Manage inventory control and handling tasks including unloading.Essential SkillsExperience operating an Order Picker or similar PIT equipment.Ability to work safely at heights up to 30-40 feet.Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory systems.Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.Ability to lift, stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment environment.High school diploma or GED preferred.Capability to obtain or maintain equipment certification.Why Work Here?Join a team that values health and wellness with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. The role is based in a large warehouse and distribution facility where the climate can vary. Employees spend most of their shift standing, walking, bending, and lifting in a fast-paced environment. Use of RF scanners, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment is required. Safety shoes or steel-toe footwear may be necessary.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Wind Gap, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
