About the Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you'll play a critical role in coordinating the movement of medical imaging equipment from acquisition through delivery. You'll work closely with vendors, carriers, engineers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure systems, parts, and equipment arrive where they need to be-on time and ready for the next stage of the process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving logistical challenges, coordinating multiple moving pieces, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. No two days are exactly the same, and your work will directly support healthcare providers across the country.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate logistics for system purchases, deinstall projects, and equipment transportation
• Schedule carriers, rigging services, forklifts, and other resources needed for equipment moves
• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation
• Create purchase orders and manage shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and receiving records
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing equipment
• Maintain inventory and logistics records within company systems
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and shipment investigations
• Resolve shipping delays, damages, and documentation issues
• Support warehouse space planning and equipment staging activities
• Create and maintain work instructions and quality documentation while supporting ISO 13485 compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency

What You'll Bring

Required

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments and with external vendors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or inventory management systems

Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating freight, rigging, or oversized equipment shipments
• Experience in medical equipment, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Forklift certification or familiarity with warehouse operations
