Role Description This is an independent contractor remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Luxe Realty. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting luxury residential and commercial properties throughout Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. Day-to-day responsibilities include networking with clients, showing properties, negotiating deals, managing transactions, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with developers and buyers. Candidates will ensure a smooth and transparent process for all parties involved while maintaining the company’s high standards of service. Qualifications Knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions, property showings, and deal negotiations. Strong sales, communication, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in market research and real estate software or tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage property listings and transactions efficiently. Self-motivation and a results-driven approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with the Pune real estate market and connections with developers is a key advantage. Background in sales, business, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
