Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, collaborating closely with clients to identify their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, promptly addressing mental health emergencies to support patient safety and wellbeing.

• Offer education to clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records are handled securely.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals coping with a spectrum of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Currently active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A robust understanding of various mental health disorders and the ability to apply evidence-based treatment modalities effectively.

• Demonstrated competence in conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
