Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively address trauma-related issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma, building coping strategies, and promoting their healing journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
