Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ specific needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to a diverse clientele.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering a sense of community and addressing common mental health concerns.

• Help clients develop essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through personalized strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients during times of urgent need, ensuring safety and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring ongoing quality of care.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress, treatment effectiveness, and share best practices.

• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mental health therapy to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Proven ability to deliver culturally responsive therapy and a strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.

• Prior experience in telehealth services is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
