Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish diagnoses of mental health disorders, ensuring a clear understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in electronic medical records, adhering to agency policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with families, educational institutions, and other support networks to coordinate comprehensive case management services.

• Actively incorporate principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in your therapeutic approach.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education units (CEUs) to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in individual and group supervision, including quality assurance reviews, to enhance clinical skills and track personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client portfolio will include children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional challenges. Special focus will be given to families and support systems, ensuring that treatment also addresses systemic and relational dynamics that influence individual well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from a recognized program, including credentials such as MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, or PsyD.

• An independent licensure in the state of Oregon or the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic communication and medical record systems, ensuring efficient management of client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
