Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions — including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy — to individuals, couples, and family groups using culturally responsive approaches.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, empowering clients to understand and manage common mental health challenges.

• Help clients develop essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through personalized, goal-oriented strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assisting clients during acute mental health crises and offering stabilization support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies within the mental health field to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Unrestricted independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Proven interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
