Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' unique needs and collaboratively create personalized treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individual, couple, and family settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
