Your work setting will be primarily remote, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. However, you will be part of an outpatient office setting when in-person collaboration is necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose mental health conditions using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V) criteria.
\n
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans aligned with best practices tailored to each client's diagnosis.
\n
• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to meet diverse needs across various formats including individual, family, and group therapy.
\n
• Effectively respond to crisis situations, adeptly assessing the urgency of patients’ needs, and coordinating appropriate interventions.
\n
• Apply a variety of therapeutic models such as behavior modification and brief therapy during counseling sessions to achieve desired patient outcomes.
\n
• Oversee and provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants to maintain high standards of care.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the community to enhance coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments, including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, to evaluate initial client needs and develop strategic treatment plans.
\n
• Offer training and resources to team members and the wider community on clinical topics relevant to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves clients from diverse backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on supporting mothers and marginalized individuals. You will engage with clients who are facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders. Your insights into social determinants of health will be instrumental in providing tailored support and advocacy for these unique populations.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MSW, MFT, MA, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent licensure in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively while interfacing with providers and support staff.

• A genuine passion for improving lives through mental health interventions and the future of behavioral healthcare.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for efficient patient management and documentation.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, adept in both verbal and written formats, especially for electronic correspondence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
