Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a minimum of five therapy sessions weekly, allowing you to manage your caseload effectively while ensuring all clients receive necessary support.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and develop customized treatment plans catered to their unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), compassion-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

• Implement crisis management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients experiencing acute situations, enabling timely interventions and follow-ups when necessary.
\n
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, educators, and dietitians to provide coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s health.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Deliver therapy services to a diverse client population, addressing various mental health diagnoses and clinical presentations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your understanding of these conditions and your ability to create individualized treatment paths will be crucial in improving their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
\n
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, coding systems (ICD-9 and ICD-10), and strong clinical skills to ensure accurate diagnosis and billing.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the capacity to establish rapport with clients.

• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and the therapeutic community.
