Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices suited to the specific needs of each client.

• Providing crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, enabling immediate support and follow-up care.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and advocacy.

• Staying updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy through continuous education, attending workshops, and engaging in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your expertise will help guide clients through difficult life transitions, enhancing their coping strategies and emotional resilience. Our telehealth environment ensures that we accommodate clients in underserved areas or those who prefer the convenience of virtual therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
