Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will:

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing regular therapy sessions that include individual, family, and group interventions.

• Document client progress meticulously by completing ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes per clinic policies.

• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training to stay updated on best practices and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 81,000 to 100,000 per year, alongside performance-based bonuses. We also provide a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates joining our clinic.
