Controller

Financial Additions is working with a growing company looking for a Controller. Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance function, including financial operations, internal controls, and process management, while collaborating with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Lead the monthly and year-end close processes, maintaining accuracy of financial reporting, safeguarding general ledger integrity, and delivering timely executive-level reporting packages. Supervise Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and purchasing functions, implementing process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and optimize cash flow. Manage cash flow, financial planning, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, identifying potential risks and growth opportunities to support business objectives. Maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements, oversee relationships with external partners, and mentor and develop a strong accounting and finance team. Controller Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership of a full finance/accounting function in a mid-market environment. Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, ConnectWise). #J-18808-Ljbffr Financial Additions
