Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school environment is strongly preferred

• Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• Ability to follow directions and classroom plans reliably

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on support to students in a self-contained classroom
• Assist with educational activities, behavior management, and daily routines
• Implement individualized and group instruction under the guidance of the lead teacher
