Regional Sales Manager

We're looking for a leader who knows how to walk into a business, quickly understand what's working and what's not, and help good people become exceptional performers. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a dashboard. It's for someone who enjoys being in the field, coaching in real time, challenging assumptions, addressing problems head-on, and creating accountability that drives results. You'll lead multiple locations across Ohio and work directly with local sales teams to improve performance, increase revenue, and build a culture of continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Coach and develop sales professionals across multiple locations Drive revenue growth through stronger execution and accountability Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans Help teams improve conversion, customer experience, and overall outcomes Partner with operational leaders to remove obstacles and accelerate growth Challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas, processes, and approaches Spend significant time in the field working alongside your teams What We’re Looking For… We care far more about your leadership ability than your industry background.
