Position Overview
Coordinates freight scheduling and routing activities to support consistent transportation operations. Ensures loads are assigned, tracked, and aligned with delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

Schedule and assign freight loads
Track shipment progress and update records
Communicate routing changes and delivery updates
Maintain accurate operational documentation
Monitor scheduling efficiency
Identify workflow inconsistencies
Escalate delivery disruptions

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Computer system familiarity
Organized and detail-focused
Ability to follow structured processes
Time management skills
Experience is optional

Work Environment
Structured logistics setting focused on scheduling coordination, tracking accuracy, and communication across transportation workflows.
