Full Time starting up to $24/hour


Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Manage and process accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and timely
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure prompt collection of outstanding balances
• Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Communicate with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper billing procedures

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Minimum 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
