Organized and monitored email inboxes, prioritizing important communications and ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Monitored Slack channels and messages, tracking action items and facilitating internal communication.

Managed and monitored WhatsApp communications, ensuring prompt attention to important messages and updates.

Scheduled reminders for meetings, deadlines, and key tasks to support daily operations and productivity.

Coordinated and tracked tasks to keep executives organized, accountable, and on schedule.

Ensured all meetings, appointments, and commitments were attended by proactively managing schedules and sending timely reminders.

Must Haves

Excellent English communication skills

Proficient in Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp

Previous Executive Assistant experience (senior level preferred)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable working without detailed SOPs

AI-savvy and familiar with productivity tools
