If so, our client is hiring a Patient Services Coordinator.Position TypeContract On-SiteRequiredPatient Services Specialist (PSS) - Seattle, WAREQUIRED: 1 year of experience in medical office or related healthcare experienceSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 0815-1700 (45min lunch // no weekends, no holidays, no call)ResponsibilitiesPrimary tasks consist of answering ALL incoming calls to Call Center.Messages are to be sent via Microsoft Teams in the appropriate group chatSecure chats are to be sent to the Intake Team for New Patient scheduling with the appropriate patient needing to be scheduledCalls are to be properly warm transferred to care team if caregiver is available.Create telephone encounters using.callintake template and route to proper care team pool via Epic if care team is unavailable.Provide general information (address, appointment confirmation, fax number) to caller if information is within scope of care.Assist with helping PCCs with additional task when call volume is low or otherwise requested by supervisor and/or lead.Expected to rotate in the office 3 times a month on their assigned days which are posted in Schedule Anywhere. If misses their assigned day in office, they are given a make-up day in the same month or scheduled for the following month.We want to hear from you!
