Global Client Advisor

The Opportunity

We're looking for a charismatic, driven, and analytical client advisor to own our global client base— advising remote clients around the world on their bespoke engagement rings and fine jewelry, and managing our eCommerce business on Shopify.

This is not a traditional retail sales job. You'll be building real relationships with clients across time zones, advising on one of the most meaningful purchases in someone's life, and playing a key role in scaling a high-growth brand. While this role is remote, you'll work in lockstep with our New York team—you won't be siloed as a separate "virtual" function, you'll be as core to daily operations as anyone in our showroom.

You'll have the tools, team, and mentorship to grow a strong client base—and earn accordingly.

Founded in New York by childhood friends, ROEN is a fine jewelry house rooted in craftsmanship, culture, and story. We specialize in bespoke engagement rings and signature fine jewelry pieces that blend high design with master craftsmanship.

Your Role

Sales & Client Advisory

• Own relationships with our global client base from first inquiry to final delivery—guiding clients around the United States and the world with clarity, confidence, and care, regardless of time zone
• Translate complex information about diamonds and design into clear, compelling insights
• Tailor every interaction to each client's needs, values, and aesthetic
• Close deals and drive referrals through trust, taste, and thoughtful follow-up

eCommerce Management

• Own day-to-day management of our Shopify store—order processing, client inquiries, and fulfillment coordination
• Ensure every eCommerce client receives the same level of care and attention as a bespoke client
• Monitor and troubleshoot orders end-to-end, coordinating with operations on any issues

Client Experience & Project Management

• Own the full bespoke journey from inquiry to delivery, ensuring every milestone stays on track
• Manage timelines, production steps, and vendor coordination with precision, working closely with our New York operations team
• Maintain clean CRM updates, trackers, and internal notes to ensure transparency and seamless handoffs
• Anticipate client needs and serve as a steady point of contact throughout
• Ensure each experience reflects ROEN's highest standards of care, detail, and responsiveness

Business Development

• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand visibility through partnerships, stylists, and PR
• Contribute to lead nurturing, client outreach, and conversion strategies for our global and eCommerce clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring client stories and design education to life

Who We're Looking For

• Have 2+ years in a sales or advisory role—whether in luxury (jewelry, fashion, watches), real estate, finance, or consulting
• Communicate with clarity, empathy, and conviction
• Are deeply organized, self-motivated, and accountable end-to-end
• Have a sharp eye for aesthetics and understand the language of taste
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-trust environments where your actions drive real impact
• Are comfortable managing relationships across time zones and communicating asynchronously when needed
• Have experience with or are comfortable learning Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• Want to be part of a small, ambitious team building something exceptional, even while working remotely
