Ultrasound Technologist - Part-Time Variable

Ultrasound Technologist – Providence Milwaukie Hospital Location: Milwaukie, OR Schedule: Part-Time / Variable Shift Sign-on Bonus: $4000 for eligible external candidates, in addition to standard benefits and compensation package. Responsibilities Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment, taking into account individual patient's special or age-related needs. Required Qualifications Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer or Oregon Sonographer Temporary. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Within 6 months of hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Upon hire: New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire. Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications 2 years Clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound. 2 years OBGYN sonography experience for 612-71875, 612-71877, 612-71878, 612-71882, 612-71883, 612-71884.
